Function Rooms

Kloof Country Club has two beautiful indoor venues for your function.

 

 Mowat Room

The perfect space for large groups, our air-conditioned Mowat Room seats 200 guests without a dance floor and 180 guests with a dance floor. It is our main hall, which consists of inter-leading doors that open onto the indoor Veranda Restaurant venue and a further outdoor Veranda balcony. You will have access to all of these areas when you book the Mowat Room. These additional spaces allow for overflow tables, a buffet station or welcome drinks.

Maximum Capacity:

  • 200 guests without a dance floor

  • 180 guests with a dance floor

Holdsworth Room

The Holdsworth Room boasts unique character and is perfect for intimate weddings and smaller functions. Guests can enjoy the beautiful view of the 18th hole from the room’s private balcony or a cold beverage at the room’s own private bar. This air-conditioned room is capable of hosting 90 guests without a dance floor or 70 guests with a dance floor.

Maximum Capacity:

  • 90 guests without a dance floor

  • 70 guests with a dance floor

 

Venue hire includes the following:

  • Round tables / square tables

  • Tiffany Chairs

  • Cutlery, crockery and glassware

  • Standard white table linen and napkins

  • DJ table and podium

  • Cake and gift table

 Ceremony Venues

Kloof Country Club offers two unique Ceremony options both with their own distinctive charm.

Our one location is on our golf course and is set under beautiful trees with a gorgeous view. The second location is closer to our clubhouse and is set on manicured lawns. The chairs can be arranged in either a cinema style fashion or in a spiral for a more personal entrance of the Bride.

The golf course ceremony location is well suited to wooden benches for Brides who want something different. Both provide exquisite backdrops for your wedding photos.


The following is included when hiring a ceremony venue:

  • Chairs and white chair covers /or wooden benches

  • White carpet

  • Rose petals

  • Draped arch as is required legally

  • DJ table and podium

  • A decorated table for signing of the register
