This function venue caters for most types of occasions from a formal board meeting to flowing workshops, fun Golf Day and memorable weddings.

Our Wedding and Function Coordinator work hand in hand with the Food and Beverage manager so that every detail suits your style, budget and will make your guests think you are the perfect host.

From dietary requirements, décor, floral art to nearby accommodation recommendations; our we work with reputable outsourced suppliers who prescribe to the same high standards and who will help give you the peace of mind you get when you entrust Kloof Country Club with your event or special occasion.

Mowat Room

Maximum Capacity:

  • 200 guests without a dance floor
  • 170 guests with a dance floor

Opens out up onto an enclosed veranda ideally suited for tea breaks, welcome drinks or as an over-flow facility

Rate:

  • R5 000.00 refundable deposit required to secure your venue and date
  • R5 995.00 per day

Holdsworth Room

Maximum Capacity:

  • 90 guests without a dance floor
  • 70 guests with a dance floor

Private Bar
Private Balcony that is perfect for a wedding ceremony
Rate:

  • R5 000.00 refundable deposit required to secure your venue and date.
  • R4 995.00 per day

The Board Room

Maximum Capacity:

  • 15 guests

Perfect for private meetings and equipped with a flip cart, data projector and TV.

Pool Area

Rate:  quoted on request and subject to availability

Veranda Restaurant

Rate:  quoted on request and subject to availability.

BEVERAGES

Kloof Country Club is fully licensed  and cannot allow beverages to be brought in under any circumstances.

All beverages must be purchased from the club and you may set limits on what and how much may be allocated to your master account.  The Club will make every effort to source and provide your preferred choice of beverages.
